  Very good location, near the "Kirovka". Close to many facilities, principlamente supply. Modern accommodation, clean, spacious, functional and very comfortable.

  Many good rooms, everything clean. Very accessible to downtown. Quiet. Great location short walk to famous places (Revolution square, Kirovka), cafe and supermarket very close. Very quiet apartment block. Really helpful staff. Wifi connection great.

  Nice one bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi and WiFi. All issues were resolved very quickly - transfer , registration, etc. Good service!

  Бронировал однокомнатную квартиру, но к моему приезду предыдущий гость почему-то не выехал. И мне предложили за ту же цену вариант в этом же доме, только еще более навороченный – двухкомнатный, с wifi, гидромассажной ванной и огромной лоджией! Вот это подход! Спасибо «ИннХоум» и челу, который вовремя не выехал )))

  Была в длительной командировке. Квартира хорошая, чистая. Не очень удобно, что нет обеденного стола – вместо него барный стол, но привыкла. В квартире не было кондиционера, когда я приехала, а был июль жаркий ((( Попросила утром  у менеджера вентилятор принести до конца дня, а  когда вернулась вентилятора не было, но был – кондиционер! Ребята за сутки все сделали!  Спасибо!

  The staff were more than accommodating and were able to communicate really well with us (in a country like Russia, this is essential). They helped with arranging a taxi to and from the airport and also came very early the morning we flew out to give us our deposit back and to inspect the apartment before we left. The apartment was clean and heated, there was constant hot water (I've heard this can be problematic in Сhelyabinsk) and all available facilities were in perfect working order. Location was perfect!
